Dear Partners,

COVID-19 situation unfolds fast into unfavourable scenario and regrettably already has an impact on a daily life in almost every country in EU. However, by adhering to and implementing increased safety measures we hold it our social responsibility to keep our operations running and help mitigate disruption in supply chain to void shortages of essential goods. The importance of keeping safely running supply chain was also emphasized in recently published guidelines by European Commission:

“Guidelines for border management measures to protect health and ensure the availability of goods and essential services“

Therefore, keeping stakeholders' safety and well-being our top priority, we continue operations by adhering to the safety measures implemented both by our Partners (thank you for sharing it with us) and ourselves. We have increased awareness and additional safety measures for our employees (besides the ones shared in previous communication):

  • obligatory usage of personal safety equipment
  • increased awareness on personal hygiene and hands disinfection
  • provided instructions/MEMO, in accordance to recommendations of authorities, on compulsory actions if symptoms of virus appears (1. Self-isolation 2. Call to responsible manager 3. Call 112 4. Adhere to instructions from local ambulance)
  • re-designated movement scheme in the premises, updated non-contact documentation handling procedures
  • online follow up on drivers‘ health and physical onsite check-up against symptoms of the virus
  • possibility to work from home for HQ employees
